Add support for VRFs and BGP instances running in VRFs for Arista

For Cisco discovering VRFs isn’t an issue, however, our Arista switches, no VRFs are found. Also, seeing the BGP sessions in each VRF would be nice. It makes it difficult to use LibreNMS since this doesn’t work. I have some hardware if people need to test or need output.
