Alert Email Body Text as one line

Hi,

When an email alert comes in regardless of type (port/device/bgp), body of the email message is a single line without breaks or new lines. Any ideas?

If you are using html email alerts then you need to create your own template so you can use
for new lines. The standard template is for plain text only.
