Alert has not been shown in dashboard Alerts widget

Hello,

I have got two devices down, and at Alert widget is information that Alert (4) but at the botom is "no results found "and is no information about alerting devices
Until today was working fine, I haven’t add any devices, or made any changes

Please help

Does it appear if you do a manual browser refresh of the dashboard page ?

I find the auto-refresh on the dashboard a little unreliable - if I leave it on a dashboard for long enough some widgets do not refresh properly and end up empty until I manually refresh the page.
