It seems as if alerts sent to PagerDuty don’t utilize alert templates, and I assume this also goes for other transports as well.
Would love to be able to include links, use sysLocation instead of hostname and make other adjustments to the messages sent.
(I used to hack this in transport.x.php files before, but it seems there have been a refactoring of alert transports, so this is no longer possible.)
