I am a newbie here and looking for solution to monitor availability of next hop IP address (ICMP only) which is changing from time to time.
I am able to obtain it from my gateway over SNMP (OID .1.3.6.1.2.1.4.21.1.7.0.0.0.0) however not sure how to feed that info into LibreNMS to update existing monitored endpoint.
