Bandwidth not detected properly on virtual interfaces (SOLVED) (DISREGARD)

I have a virtual interface named vlan65 that I am monitoring in librenms. The traffic level is around 2Gbps and this is correctly reflected in libre on one end of the link. On the other end (specs above) it only shows about 400Mbps. I have included some github gists from the debug capture in libre.
