Cannot edit alert rules after disk space issue

Our LibreNMS installation had a disk full event (our fault) that we corrected. However after that event, we can no longer edit alert rules. When you click the edit button on a rule, you get an empty dialog the same as if you clicked Create new alert rule. If you try to create a rule from collection, you can select one but the resulting dialog never comes up.

We are following the monthly release and are currently on 1.63 - Mon Apr 27 2020. PHP version is 7.2.27. Results of validate.php are clean. I have access to another installation of LibreNMS that is on the same version and it works OK. Only difference is that PHP on that install is 7.3.

What can I do to troubleshoot? Thanks.

Please run ./validate.php

./validate.php

This turned out to be an older version of Chrome with an issue that it could no longer update itself.
