How can it be possible to show this page with filter applied + with custom view on a separate dedicated page?
The idea is to give to my boss direct link to see all these voltages.

P.S. Is it possible to just copy-paste source code to blank page and attached somehow?!

So, since no one can help me with my request, I have made simple web page that sends sql request, return values and regarding the values changes colour of cell. Like on a screen shot.
If someone need something similar, I can provide you my simple code.
