Done: Device availability tracking

1

Be able to see the availability % for a device for 1 day, 1 week, 1 month, 1 year etc.
Perhaps be able to export these values through the API to help calculate SLA uptime etc.

Also make a widget which is able to present these pretty values, and also a “total” value.
