Device Delete Fails

Hi,

When I try to delete a device - either from the web interface or command line (delhost.php) … both say that the device is deleted => and I checked the rrd directory, it’s gone. But the device still shows up in the web interface, like it’s still there.

Any suggestions how to “clean” this up?

Login to your DB go to Devices and Delete the device you don’t want

I was thinking that, but is there other device related data that needs to be removed also?

Did you setup Auto Discovery Nets? https://docs.librenms.org/Extensions/Auto-Discovery/

If setup, could be re-adding it after you deleted it.

Check librenms.log aswell for that device ip.

Nope, no auto discovery (nets) enabled. And nothing in the log either - very odd.

I removed it from devices (MySQL), all good now. Also went in and removed the rrd (sub) directory. Seems OK, so far at least … :wink:
