I’m trying to set up device dependencies to reduce the number of alerts I get when my router goes down. When I click “Device Dependencies” in the Devices menu (I don’t have any yet), it produces an error “Device dependencies could not be retrieved from the database.” I’m assuming something didn’t happen quite right on install, but I don’t think I missed any steps. When I click the “Manage Dependencies”, I get the dialog but it doesn’t let me put anything in the boxes (as in the YouTube video). Suggestions as to how to get this started?
