Hi guys :
I have a port down alert created and bound to a telegram chat id. it is working ok.
Now , I have a 20 ports switch.
Different customers are connected to each switch port.
I want to send a telegram message to each customer depending on with port is down.

One idea I have is to create an alert per port and an transport per alert … this should work but wont scale well.
Any ideas about how to accomplish this ?

Unfortunately, you do need a per-port alert rule. I suggest using the API to automate creation of those rules.
