Erroneous Traffic Spikes

I was getting traffic spikes caused by modifying the poller interval. The issue has been resolved by converting the rrd files as described in http://docs.librenms.org/Support/1-Minute-Polling/#information

Edit: Issue has been resolved. The rrd files were not converted successfully. After doing that the poller intervals are steady once again. Now on to trying to remove all the outliers.
