and before I executed ./Discovery.php -h all

Where is the file librenms.nonroot.cron located? It seems like you’ve not actually followed the install docs as you shouldn’t have a file called that.
I have followed the instructions I have already done cp librenms.nonroot.cron /etc/cron.d/librenms
but i have same probleme but But I think I know where the problem can you please tell me how much equipment max I can monitor with 8G ram and if you can show me your configuration my.cnf if you use mysql .

That’s a really difficult question to answer as it depends on the devices you are monitoring, how many devices, how many ports, how many sensors. Let us know that info and we can give you an idea.
