FortiGate 100E high processor alert

Hello!
I am monitoring my FortiGate 100E via Librenms.
I have high cpu alert rule as processors.processor_usage > 85%. So I do get this alert notification but when I check on my Fortigate then the CPU usage for last 12 hours in not above 50%.
Is my logic of thinking that this processors.processor_usage is basically cpu usage or I am doing it on wrong way?
