New to Librenms, looking to set up a server on AWS’s free tier (10GB per month) and connect a MIkrotik router to it.
I’ve spent some time googling but not found any guides that are straightforward.
Mikrotik’s Router OS 7 supports docking ( and perhaps can host) but os7 is very buggy in some areas so I’ll need to run a vps and connect os6 version routers to it via vpn.
Any assistance is much appreciated.
Sounds like you know what to do. I plan to investigate running LibreNMS in a container on ROS7. Will likely require adding storage to your router.
I don’t think you read my post properly.
Firstly I’m posting because I don’t know what to do and secondly I do not want to install on version seven I want to install one version six because of the reasons I outlined in the post.
