How I can add a certificate to change to https instead of http on the web UI

I would like to add a certificate to turn my http to https please.

This is not a topic related to librenms but running a web server and enabling HTTPS so this is out of scope for librenms. There is plenty of information on how to generate a (proper) certificate, to choose one (either paid or let’s encrypt) and how to enable that for software like Apache or nginx.
