Hello,
I have an issue with interfaces. For some interfaces when they are going down the state is maintenance and not error, and the alert for this type of issue is not used.
2021-07-12 13:25:18 Twe1/0/15 xx-SW ifAdminStatus: down → up
2021-07-12 13:25:18 Twe1/0/15 xx-SW ifOperStatus: down → up
And where is timestamp is with blue.
But I have devices where the interfaces are going to red.
The maintenance state is not just for one type of the device( we have in monitoring firewalls, netscalers, sw’s,etc)
Has anyone an idea why for some interfaces is this problem?
