LibreLMS installed from zip/tgz archive,upgrade or reimplement and migrate?

Hi honored folks!

I’ve inherited an instance, v.1.53 on CentOS 7, installed via a zip/tgz archive. :expressionless: I’d like to get it upgraded to the current version and start pulling new code from the git repo. and running ./daily.sh. :upside_down_face:

Is there a known path that leads there, or am I looking at reimplementation and migration? :persevere:

There is a complicated process to add git, but you could just treat it like a migration. You need to upgrade PHP, Python, and MySQL
