I am using LibreNMS for my campus network and trying to connect it with Telegram for notification about the network information. I am trying to set the delay time in 30s but the notification came out after 1 minute. I also set the delay time in 90s and notification came out in 2 minutes. Can anyone helps me to understand why LibreNMS cant set the delay time in seconds? thank you in advance.
