Yup, that was in place before the fork so should just work.

$config[‘allow_unauth_graphs’] = 0;

$config['allow_unauth_graphs'] = 0; is the normal way, authentication enabled
$config['allow_unauth_graphs'] = 1; means disable authentication for graphs
