Logs takes a while to load

For some reason my Event Logs is loading very slowly. When clicking on the Logs tab takes about 5-10 mins before loading. After loading the Syslog tab seems to load alot faster. We are using SSD drives. Anyone else have this problem?

I also noticed the widget shows this for about 5 mins before loading.

We have like 3000 devices. Not all of them are syslogging. only a very few are. The rest are just event logs

@j808 you must not be running daily.sh. It cleans that table and others.

It runs daily. I just ran it manually. Didnt fix the problem

@j808 just to be sure, can you check if you have eventlogs/syslogs olders than 30 days?

Sorry, That number was total logs when I select Overview and then Event logs. Not for a specific device. Is that to many logs to have? For our main core I have about 613659 entries.
I had change the cleanup options to extend to about a year because we like to see logs that far back.

1 Year eventlog/syslog for 1000+ devices is too much

What’s a good timeframe. We normally like to keep our logs syslogs for a year or more. Anyway to speed it up?

@j808 possibly the indexing on that table could be improved. Or maybe the way it is loaded.
