Is it possible to customize the user profile in a beta module? I want site users to be able to acknowledge (ACK) alerts as well as discovery and polling devices. When I tried creating a new role and assigning two roles to the user (user and can_ack), it worked; however, shortly thereafter, the users lost that new role and reverted to having only the user role.
