Question regarding New OS Support and the data uploaded the LibreNMS Servers when using the commands below with the “./pbin.sh”. -
./discovery.php -h HOSTNAME -d | ./pbin.sh
./poller.php -h HOSTNAME -r -f -d | ./pbin.sh
snmpbulkwalk -OUneb -v2c -c COMMUNITY HOSTNAME . | ./pbin.sh
Is any of the uploaded data available to the Public to be viewed? Or is this data only available if you choose to work on coding support for the New OS??
Hi
It is publicly available, so you need to ensure no sensitive data is disclosed…
Bye
How would I do this correctly to make sure I follow the guidelines to upload all information?
If you have a test device in a lab, I would go for this variant. If you do not have a spare test device, you can inspect the data “by eyes” and upload the data after the check
I understand that. So I would just run the commands without the ./pbin.sh . Then Copy and Paste the output into a text file to remove the sensitive date. Followed by opening a New OS Support request and then attach the text file and add other detail.
Correct?
I have uploaded data for 2 separate New OS Requests. I am hoping that the Adtran/Ubiquoss/Commscope support can be done. I have also uploaded for Nutanix.
