Official LibreNMS docker image version upgrade

Dear all,
I have recently moved my standard LibreNMS installation to a Docker compose project.
I’m quite new to the Docker universe, so forgive me for any stupid comment, but, if I understand well, the docker image tag “latest” is stuck at version 23.2.0 and so it missed 23.4.0 and 23.5.0 versions.

Is it correct? Are there any dates for upgrading the LibreNMS version of the official docker image?

There is no automated build process for this. The maintainer occancially updated the repo and pushes new version to the dockerhub.
The docker repo only has one maintainer (to my knowledge)
