Packets Per Second average and Alert if it goes above average

I am trying to find out if librenms is able to do some kind of predictive monitoring? I want to create an alert on a
network switche ports were it takes an the 7 day average PPS in or out and if goes above that an alert is created is this possible with librenms?

I guess you could do that with billing?

Where in billing do you have the option to choose packets/sec? All I see are options for 95th or quota, in terms of Kbps, Mbps, Gbps, or GB/TB respectively.

I don’t think you can do this, we don’t store historical data to detect trends.
