Problem in first install of librenms - stuck on stage 2 of install

no errors on the screen but it stuck and the “Retry” button appears on the left
any ideas?

can u connect to the database yourself by CLI by the librenms user?

i had this issue the other day testing a new install i think i ran ./build-base.php and checked config.php is created correctly
