Restrict who receives email alerts to a particular rule

I have LibreNMS monitoring toner levels in our printers, which is working fine. I also have a rule for low toner, %toner.toner_current < "10" which works fine. Currently I have “Send alerts to default contact only” and “Copy all email alerts to default contact” enabled, as otherwise everyone in the IT team gets spammed with all the alerts from all the devices which is not very helpful (they’re all global admins because there’s no other way to let them silence alerts).

What I want is to be able to have alerts for just low toner be sent to our helpdesk email, not ones for device down or anything else. Is this at all possible with LibreNMS’s current alerting?
