Service checks hardcode "-H" parameter - Still an issue

Well, saying that we should edit all checks is more work than just making the H parameter optional. There are many custom checks out there which don’t use the H parameter and which don’t even need it. So what do we have to do to get the optional H parameter implemented in Librenms. Surely this cannot be to hard.
