I am currently managing a network that includes two Ruckus controllers: one SmartZone and one ZoneDirector. In our network monitoring system, LibreNMS, I have encountered an issue with device recognition.
The ZoneDirector is correctly identified by LibreNMS with its appropriate software (SO). However, the SmartZone controller is not recognized accurately. Instead of being identified as a Ruckus device with its specific details, it shows up as a Generic Device. Any idea why?
