So my Librenms stopped working | "LibreNMS\Interfaces\Plugins\PluginManagerInterface" not found

I think my Pi is still on 32 bit userspace so 64 bit php is problematic.
Found this issue, unfortunately without solution:

paragonie/sodium_compat v2.0.1 requires php-64bit / php-64bit package is disabled by your platform

### The problem daily.sh reports not being able to update anymore my my 32bit… Debian 12 System. Enable it again with "composer config platform.php-64bit --unset" does not solve the issue.
