Solved: email doesnt send - until device added e.g. localhost

Just a behavioural thing that might help some.

I couldn’t test the Mail transport before a device was added.

Once I added localhost then I could test the Mail transport.

I think the test button gets the first device to fill in the data for a test :smiley:

Yeah makes sense … not sure if it needs to be documented or not. Just posted to avoid anyone wasting time.

probably just needs to make 100% synthetic data.
