Support for Brocade/Extreme SLX9140

Hi

The SLX9140 is the new L3switch from Brocade/Extreme. It runs the new SLXOS.
There is basic support in librenms, but there are a lack of metrics missing, like complete ipv6 support, optical TX RX dbm power for the sfp+ modules, routing tables, etc…

You will need to submit request added sensors device os support in git hub, PLEASE PROVIDE ALL INFO REQUESTED IN THE TEMPLATE DO NOT DELETE THE INFO in the template.
