Support for Digi TX54 LTE Cellular router

Hi all,

It would be nice if LibreNMS had Digi TX54 support. We are trying to use these routers for special purposes. Librenms sees them as “generic device”.
I have the MIB file but don’t know how to implement to LibreNMS.
