Syslog without SNMP

Hi

Is there any method to receive logs from linux OS to syslog-ng in LibreNMS without adding new device by SNMP ?

For example i need to monitor 1 log file located at linux server, and send every change in it to LibreNMS

No thats not going to be possible since LibreNMS needs a device to associate the logs to. LibreNMS was never meant to be a full syslog replacement. For that i would look at Gray Log.
