The poller has not completed within the last 5 minutes, check the cron job. Help please

Hi

I’ve troubble with serveral poolers that does not update. I’m at a complete loss at what to do. The problem started after migration to a new virtual machine from a old one (From Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS to 19.10, from PHP 7.2 to PHP 7.3)

root@server:/opt/librenms# ./validate.php

Component Version
LibreNMS 1.56-46-ga782efe7f
DB Schema 2019_10_03_211702_serialize_config (145)
PHP 7.3.8-1
MySQL 10.3.17-MariaDB-1
RRDTool 1.7.1
SNMP NET-SNMP 5.7.3

[OK] Composer Version: 1.9.0

[OK] Database connection successful
[OK] Database schema correct
[FAIL] The poller (ek-server) has not completed within the last 5 minutes, check the cron job.

Thank you so much for any help you can give.

I’ve tried to look a previous topics with same title, but the fixes there didn’t help me.

It didn’t help to remove “librenms” from the nonroot cron job, I’ve restarted cron and rebooted to server serveral times, no improvements :frowning:

I’ve tried to delete extra poolers, no difference.

I hope very very much that someone have an idea of what might be wrong with the setup. I’ll be happy to provide any debugging information that I’ve failed to provide above.

Hey. I think it might work now. I deleted all my poolers then run the python poller-wrapper.py script and a pooler got back in the game

However a few of my devices are yellow now… Gotta figureout what that means.

I think its ok now. Not sure what i did.

Yellow means restarted in the last 24 hours.
