The poller (librenms-s) has not completed within the last 5 minutes, check the cron job

Why I run ./validate.php I got error:
[FAIL] The poller (librenms-s) has not completed within the last 5 minutes, check the cron job.

When I manualy try to run ./poller-wrapper.py, I got this error:
ERROR: Could not load or parse configuration, are PATHs correct?
