Timos Nokia 7750 without processor and memory

Hi Guys

I added a new device Nokia 7750, with a firmware up-to-date, but I can´t see heath monitor as memory, cpu and temperature.
as I couldn´t find complains about this device, I´d like to know if the there isn´t health monitor done yes or I´ve been done some thing wrong.
