Traffic Bills cannot be found

After the new version 21.10.1 came out, the bill button that was supposed to be in this location cannot be found, but it is actually accessible through the link (site_url/bills).

Do you have $config['enable_billing'] = 1; in your config.php ?

Thank you so much! This is exactly the point I missed. It turns out that in 21.10.2 need this configuration, understand.
