Troubleshooting syslog consumption

Syslog on my LibreNMS box is working for some devices but others are not showing up in the WebGUI. I have confirmed syslog is sent from the devices using tcpdump. Also checked the host names and ip addresses, appears to be good. No validation errors. Is there a log to view why the syslog messages are not consumed? In general where are the logs for LibreNMS?

TIA for any help solving this issue.

Please ignore. It was a firewall rule blocking the incoming syslog messages.
