What does "n.b For the first time, please click any button twice." under port settings

Hi Guys,

When editing devices, under port settings, i see the line below (in all devices, in all our Librenms servers):

n.b For the first time, please click any button twice.

Is its an error, a warning, or just a notification ?
What does it mean ?
How do we clear it up ?

Its just a notification.
