Hi,
where are the transports in the Web UI?
For instance, I want to add a Hipchat transport mechanism, but I do not know where to add it. The documentation keeps referencing it is possible through the web UI and recommends to do it this way. However, I expected it to be under the Alerts menu. I do not see where it is.

^^ this warning is when I tried to re-write one of the functions to be PHP 5.3 capable. I just ended up upgrading to PHP 5.6.34 because I saw it was a requirement. I put the function back the way I found it.
