LibreNMS version 25.8.0 was released on August 18th, 2025.
We want to thank every one of the 19 contributors to LibreNMS this month. This month’s release is a small one overall for merges. We’ve had a lot of pull requests coming in but little time to review them all as the summer holiday season is still here.
A big thank you to @murrant as always for all of the work he has put in to general improvements and code cleanup. It’s amazing to see you helping push LibreNMS forward.

Flagging breaking changes:
We no longer will invoke sudo if you run daily.sh as root. Instead daily.sh will exit. This will most likely only impact you if you were used to running daily.sh manually as root.
Notable changes in this release:

- 10 devices with new or updated support.
- Many other bug fixes
We still have a busy pipeline of pull requests to review, if you can help with any testing then please do get in touch.
