I have a problem with realtime reading when I try to have the right reading for 1 second I get 68 mb which is not correct but I get the right values when I click on 5 seconds ?
is there any solution and can anyone tell me what is the reason for this ?

This is a limitation with your device. Devices cannot return data that quickly. The mostly likely frequency to work is 10s in my experience. (5s works on most devices, but not all)

Try sending the device an snmpget every second and check the results.
You can contact your device vendor, but likely, they will say no.
