Add Locatio, Device Dependency, Type fields tetbox when adding a ping only device

Hi

The purpose of the feature would add the ability to input which location the device must be added to when adding a ping only device

The purpose of the device dependency would add the ability to input the device this depends when adding the ping only device

The purpose of the type would add the ability to choose the device type when adding a ping only device.
