Add MIB for Perle Device

Hello,

I would like to help add MIB support for Perle Device. They are a Terminal\Console server that we widely use. There was also another previous request back in May.

System OID: .1.3.6.1.4.1.1966.12
Website: perle.com
SNMP MIB File: https://www.perle.com/downloads/software/iolan/perle-sds.mib

Besides this info is there anything else you would need from me to help move this along. Or is there instructions on how to submit a new device for libre?

I did get an error back from the API server about the Request being to big for the bulk snmp walk

Hi @sunder,
If you feel, you can directly code the device support and send it via a PullRequest in GitHub. Otherwise, you can wait until somebody does it out of the data attached to the issue.
