Add Support for Tegile SANs

Good afternoon everyone,

I have attempted to add my new Tegile SAN to LiberNMS and have found that the device is treated as a generic device which means that we don’t get much reporting on it other than up or down. Our Nimble array works so I know that storage appliances will work with LibreNMS.

I have the MIB that Tegile distributes with their arrays and I can do SNMP walks as needed.
