Adding new device

Hi Guys,

While trying to add new device, it gives me an error Could not ping , I checked it manually and was able to ping from librenms to the device
In addition to it, I don’t see any attempts on tcdump when trying to add new device

There was Selinux activated on Linux machine, after removing it all works as expected
