Additional Graphs to Switch Ports

Hi,

does anyone know a way to add/create additional custom graphs to Switch Ports?

I need this to graph values, which are not monitored by default by LibreNMS.
Idealy a custom URL which returns a value for this Custom Graphs would be perfect
e.G.
curl http://someserver.company.com/get_custom_values/<device_name>/<port_name>
Returnvalue:
{‘value1’:, ‘value2’:, …}

this would be incredible fantastic
