After adding devices, devices are not showing in the interface, and If i need to see the devices I need to go into device dependency sections. Can anyone please help on that part.

Try “Manage Groups” and there in the “Non group devices” tab (or similar). There, for each device, assign a device type (network, server, etc.).
Then check again to see if they are no longer visible in “Devices”.
Refresh the webpage, you might just find it’s out of date from the devices being added
